This Privacy Policy describes how ZTABS (Private) Limited ("ZTABS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the BillTrack mobile application ("BillTrack", "the App"), available on Google Play.

About BillTrack

BillTrack is a free mobile application that allows users in Pakistan to check and manage their electricity bills from major distribution companies including FESCO, IESCO, LESCO, PESCO, MEPCO, QESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, TESCO, GEPCO, SUNDAR, and AJK.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use BillTrack, you may provide the following information:

• Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
• Bill reference numbers: The electricity reference numbers you enter to check your bills.
• Saved bill data: If you choose to save bills for tracking, we store the bill details associated with your account.

Information Collected Automatically

The App may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage analytics (screens visited, features used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Advertising identifiers (for serving ads)

Information We Do Not Collect

BillTrack does not collect:

• Location data
• Contacts or phone numbers
• Photos, media, or files
• Payment or financial account information

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Retrieve and display your electricity bill information
• Save your bill history and provide usage trend reports
• Improve the App's functionality and user experience
• Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
• Display relevant advertisements

Data Sources

Bill data displayed in BillTrack is retrieved from the official website of the Pakistan Information Technology Corporation (PITC) at pitc.com.pk. BillTrack is an independent application and is not affiliated with any government body or electricity distribution company in Pakistan. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the correctness of bill data as it relies on third-party sources.

Advertising

BillTrack displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may use advertising identifiers and non-personal usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

Data Storage and Security

Your account data and saved bills are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Ad networks: Non-personal data may be shared with advertising partners to serve ads.
• Analytics providers: Anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics services to improve the App.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and saved bill history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Non-personal analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Use the App without creating an account (basic bill checking)

Children's Privacy

BillTrack is rated for "Everyone" and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page. Continued use of BillTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
