BEO generation exports the kitchen brief in the format each chef expects. Staff scheduling and equipment tracking run on a unified calendar that flags conflicts before they happen. The client portal lets event hosts confirm guest counts, dietary requirements, and last-minute changes without a phone call — every confirmation pre-fills back into the BEO.
