Both issues compounded the customer-acquisition cost on paid traffic.
How We Built GoalsWon
We rebuilt the critical-render path on the marketing pages — image strategy, font subsetting, third-party deferral — and lifted Lighthouse mobile into the green band across landing pages. On commerce, we replaced the multi-step legacy checkout with Stripe Checkout: one hand-off, one payment screen, post-payment account creation handled via webhook. Coupon codes, plan switching, and currency support all carry across in the standard Stripe surface.
