Our Dubai WhatsApp projects are multilingual from day one — not English-first with other languages added later. We map the client's customer language distribution: a typical Dubai hotel might see 30% Arabic, 25% English, 15% Russian, 12% Hindi, 8% Chinese, and 10% other languages. The WhatsApp bot detects language from the first message (using a combination of script detection and a lightweight language classifier) and responds natively — not through translation. For Arabic and English, we build custom NLU models trained on Dubai-specific vocabulary (hotel terminology, tourism activities, UAE-specific concepts like "Salik" toll, "NOL" card, "Hala" taxi). For Russian, Hindi, and Chinese, we leverage pre-trained multilingual models with domain-specific glossaries. The architecture connects to hotel PMS (Opera, Protel, Mews), OTA platforms (booking.com, Expedia extranets), restaurant reservation systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable), and activity booking platforms (Viator, GetYourGuide) via API. Payment flows integrate UAE payment gateways (Network International, Checkout.com) for in-chat transactions. For real estate clients, we build WhatsApp flows that handle property inquiries, schedule viewings, send virtual tour links, and process reservation deposits — connecting to CRM systems like Salesforce or Yardi.
