Our Singapore financial voice agents are built compliance-first. The conversation architecture embeds MAS requirements directly: every advisory interaction starts with a suitability assessment (the voice agent asks about the caller's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before providing any product information), required disclosures are delivered at the correct point in the conversation flow (not buried at the end), and the entire interaction is structured to produce an auditable conversation record. Technically, we build on Singapore's multilingual reality: the voice agent handles English, Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil, with automatic language detection. Singapore English (Singlish elements included — "can" as a complete affirmative, "lah" as a discourse particle) needs specific ASR tuning; formal English ASR fails on how Singaporeans actually speak. The NLU layer is trained on financial services terminology and Singapore-specific financial products (CPF-related queries, HDB loan inquiries, SRS account management, MediSave/MediShield questions). Integration targets include core banking systems (Temenos, Finastra, or bank-proprietary platforms), insurance policy administration systems, CRM platforms (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud), and call recording platforms (NICE, Verint) for compliance archival. The voice agent produces structured interaction summaries: what was discussed, what disclosures were made, what the customer's stated objectives were, and what the outcome was — creating the documentation that compliance teams need for MAS examinations.
